Strategic Implementation
The proposed Regional Training Headquarters in the Noida region will function as a green buffer and human capital preparation zone for NCR, addressing air, water, and lifestyle challenges. By integrating training, living, and deployment within one ecosystem, the Noida HQ will act as a replicable reference model for urban-adjacent regions across India, aligning with PM LiFE and Viksit Bharat @2047.
